Stored XSS via unvalidated quality setting

Stored XSS in KubiQ PNG to JPG 4.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject script through a forged jpg_quality request. The settings handler accepts attacker-controlled jpg_quality data without a WordPress nonce or adequate output neutralization, stores it, and later renders it in the administration interface. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator to visit attacker-controlled content that submits the forged settings request; the stored script then executes with that browser session's privileges.
