Service interruption via unlimited Lua request-body parsing

Resource exhaustion in mod_lua in Apache HTTP Server 2.4.53 and earlier allows remote attackers to interrupt service via request bodies. A Lua handler that calls r:parsebody(0) disables the parser's size limit, so mod_lua consumes an attacker-controlled body without a default input bound. The affected path requires mod_lua and a Lua request handler that invokes r:parsebody(0); a malicious request can exhaust resources and deny service.
