Unauthenticated service crash via oversized content length

Stack overflow in infostat.cgi in TOTOLINK A3600R 4.1.2cu.5182_B20201102 allows remote attackers to crash the router via an HTTP request. The CGI handler uses attacker-controlled CONTENT_LENGTH as the fread byte count without bounding it to the destination stack buffer, causing an out-of-bounds write. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the published impact is limited to service interruption rather than data access or modification.
