Authenticated code execution via unrestricted PHP upload

Arbitrary file upload in Car Rental Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute code through a crafted PHP file. The New Entry upload path accepts an attacker-supplied PHP file without restricting executable file types, leaving it reachable by the web server. High-privilege authenticated access to the New Entry workflow is required; a successful upload grants code execution in the web application's server context.
