Database disclosure via unescaped client IP
Published May 24, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Blind SQL injection in helloxz imgurl 2.31 allows remote attackers to extract SQLite data via a crafted X-Forwarded-For header. The upload.php handler accepts an attacker-controlled client IP and passes it to query->uplimit(), which splices the value directly into an SQL statement. Reaching /upload/localhost and spoofing the header are sufficient; boolean query results expose database values without direct query output.
