Server code execution via Mercurial option injection

Command injection in Thoughtworks GoCD before 22.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute code via a malicious branch name. HgCommand passed branch names and repository URLs as unescaped Mercurial options, allowing a --config alias to replace an hg operation with an arbitrary command. Exploitation requires GoCD administration rights over Mercurial materials or a writable pipelines-as-code repository, and commands run on the server.
