Unauthenticated file access via path traversal

Path traversal in the Charm HTTP server in Charmbracelet Charm 0.9.0 through 0.12.0 allows remote attackers to read or delete files. The handlePostFile, handleGetFile, and handleDeleteFile handlers used request paths directly with the file store instead of cleaning them, allowing traversal outside the intended data directory. Unauthenticated HTTP access is sufficient; the impact is limited to the server filesystem, while encrypted user data remains unreadable to the server.
