Network restriction bypass via unchecked datasource redirects

SSRF in Grafana Enterprise 7.4.0-beta1 through 7.5.15 and 8.0.0 through 8.5.2 allows remote authenticated users to bypass network restrictions. The server-side datasource HTTP client follows a redirect from an allowed custom datasource to a forbidden host without reapplying configured host rules. An administrator must be able to add the redirecting datasource, and a host allow or deny list must be enabled; exploitation can disclose protected information and interrupt service.
