Victim-account workflow control via unsandboxed HTML artifacts

Stored XSS in Argo Workflows 2.6.0 through 3.2.10 and 3.3.0 through 3.3.4 allows remote authenticated users to act as victims. The artifact server returns attacker-authored HTML without a restrictive Content-Security-Policy, so a linked artifact executes script and same-origin XHR calls to the Argo Server API in the victim's session. An insider who can run workflows in the same cluster must create the artifact and induce another user to open its deep link; the script can read, create, or delete workflows with that user's permissions.
