Regular expression denial of service in Apache OFBiz 18.12.05 and earlier allows remote attackers to interrupt service via crafted URLs. UtilHttp.extractUrls applies Java's backtracking regular-expression engine to attacker-controlled URL text, permitting excessive processing; the fix substitutes linear-time RE2J matching. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the documented consequence is availability loss rather than data access or modification.
