Root privilege escalation via predictable internal secret

Privilege escalation in Microsoft Open Management Infrastructure before 1.6.9-1 allows local users to execute code as root. GenerateRandomString seeds OMI's internal secretString with the process start time, allowing that secret to be predicted and privileged messages to be forged. A low-privilege local account and the daemon start time are required; successful exploitation bypasses internal message authentication and grants root privileges.
