Unauthenticated denial of service via HTML form parsing

A denial-of-service vulnerability in Microsoft .NET 6.0, .NET 5.0 and .NET Core 3.1 allows remote attackers to interrupt applications via crafted HTML forms. The form parser performs uncontrolled resource consumption when processing attacker-supplied fields, exhausting process resources. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the bounded consequence is service interruption without reported data disclosure or modification.
