Remote code execution in Microsoft Windows Fax Service allows attackers to execute code when a user opens a malicious file. Microsoft has not published the affected function, input format, or incorrect operation that enables code execution. Exploitation requires a user on an affected Windows system to open the file; successful exploitation executes code in that user's security context.
