Browser script execution via reflected Unisphere input
Published May 26, 2022 · Updated Sep 16, 2024
Reflected XSS in Dell Technologies Unity before 5.2.0.0.5.173 allows remote attackers to run script in a victim's browser. Dell has not disclosed the affected Unisphere endpoint or the input that the UI returns to an HTML response without sufficient neutralization. A victim must open the crafted request; resulting script runs in the application's browser context and can expose information, steal a session, or forge client-side requests.
