Certificate spoofing via unmatched RabbitMQ hostnames

Improper certificate validation in Dell Technologies NetWorker before 19.6.0.3 allows remote authenticated users to spoof certificates. The RabbitMQ TLS listener on port 5671 accepts a peer certificate without confirming that its hostname matches the intended endpoint. Exploitation requires low-privileged access, user interaction, and the ability to present the spoofed certificate, exposing or altering data exchanged over that connection.
