Local code execution via automatic RMI deserialization

Java deserialization in the Solr plugin of Apache OFBiz 18.12.05 and earlier allows local users to execute arbitrary code. At startup, the plugin automatically connects to an RMI registry at localhost:1099 and deserializes objects returned by that local service. Exploitation requires the ability to bind port 1099 on the same shared host and an OFBiz start or restart; payloads run as the OFBiz process account.
