DNS server crash via TKEY memory leak

Memory leak in BIND 9 9.18.0 through 9.18.6 and 9.19.0 through 9.19.4 allows remote attackers to crash the DNS server. The named daemon fails to release memory during Diffie-Hellman key processing for TKEY records when linked with OpenSSL 3.0.0 or later. Only authoritative-server TKEY processing is affected; repeated requests gradually exhaust memory, and restarting named clears the accumulated loss.

What happened
