Stored XSS in Jenkins Mask Passwords Plugin 3.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute script via parameter metadata. Non-Stored Password parameter names and descriptions are stored without output escaping and later rendered by parameter-listing views. Item/Configure permission, a susceptible listing page, and victim interaction are required; current Jenkins core parameter pages are hardened.
