Stored XSS in Jenkins Gerrit Trigger Plugin 2.35.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute script in a viewer's browser. The Base64 Encoded String parameter renderer inserts attacker-controlled parameter names and descriptions into parameter-listing views without HTML escaping. Exploitation requires Item/Configure permission, a page that lists the parameter, and that page to lack Jenkins core's XSS hardening.
