Stored XSS in affected Jenkins Credentials Plugin releases allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript through parameter views. Those views render attacker-controlled Credentials parameter names and descriptions without escaping them. Exploitation requires Item/Configure permission, a page that lists the parameter, and absent page hardening; execution remains confined to a viewer's browser session.
