Application crash via null pointer dereference

Null pointer dereference in Siemens JT2Go before 13.3.0.3 and affected Teamcenter Visualization releases allows attackers to crash the application. The CGM_NIST_Loader.dll parser dereferences a null pointer while processing malformed content in a specially crafted CGM file. Exploitation requires a user to open the file; the documented consequence is a crash of the current viewer process, without confidentiality or integrity impact.
