Authentication bypass via admin login SQL injection
Published May 11, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
SQL injection in the admin login of PHPGurukul Dairy Farm Shop Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to bypass authentication. The index.php login handler inserts the username value into its credential query without neutralizing SQL syntax, so a tautology returns an administrator row. The admin panel must be network-reachable; successful exploitation grants administrative application access without valid credentials.
