Unauthenticated username enumeration via login API
Published May 20, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Authentication weakness in Zoho ManageEngine ADSelfService Plus before 6202 allows remote attackers to identify valid usernames via a crafted POST request. The /ServletAPI/accounts/login endpoint returns distinguishable responses when supplied with crafted login data, exposing whether an account exists. The request is unauthenticated and the disclosed information supports account discovery, but no direct account modification or service interruption is described.
