Phishing redirects via double-decoded static-file paths

Open redirect in Caddy before 2.5.0-beta.1 allows remote attackers to send users to attacker-chosen sites via crafted static-file URLs. SanitizedPathJoin applies url.PathUnescape to an already decoded request path, causing encoded backslashes and traversal segments to become a scheme-relative redirect target. No authentication is required, but a user must follow the crafted link; the resulting 308 redirect supports phishing without reported server compromise.
