Authentication-code disclosure via variable-time secret comparisons

Timing discrepancy in Melapress WP 2FA before 2.3.0 allows remote attackers to infer authentication codes through login requests. TOTP, emailed-code, and login-nonce validators use variable-time strict equality operators on attacker-controlled values instead of constant-time comparison. An attacker must issue enough unauthenticated requests and measure small response-time differences; the result is indirect disclosure of authentication secrets, not direct data access.
