OS command injection in TOTOLINK N600R firmware 5.3c.7159_B20190425 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via a crafted request. The /setting/setWebWlanIdx handler incorporates the attacker-controlled webwlanidx parameter into an operating-system command without neutralizing shell metacharacters. The web management endpoint requires no authentication, and successful exploitation runs commands in the router firmware context, enabling data access, modification, or service interruption.
