Root escalation via SubnetMask command injection

Command injection in D-Link DIR-882 firmware 1.30B06 allows remote attackers to gain root via a crafted SubnetMask payload. The /setnetworksettings/SubnetMask component passes attacker-controlled input into an operating-system command without adequate neutralization. The network-exposed request requires no authentication and can yield root-level command execution with confidentiality, integrity, and availability impact.
