Stored XSS in Nokia NetAct 22 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in another user's browser through an uploaded filename. The Site Configuration Tool stores the /netact/sct filename parameter without neutralizing embedded JavaScript before rendering the filename in a web page. Exploitation requires permission to upload or rename a file and a victim to view the stored name; the script can read or alter data available to that browser session.
