Out-of-bounds read in BIND 9 9.18.0 through 9.18.6 and 9.19.0 through 9.19.4 allows remote authenticated users to crash named. Response construction on a reused statistics-channel HTTP connection lets successive content lengths grow beyond the allocated buffer. The statistics channel must be configured and reachable by an administrator; exploitation can disclose adjacent process memory or terminate the daemon.
