Backend request manipulation via unparsable query forwarding

Query parameter smuggling in Go net/http/httputil before 1.18.7 and 1.19.0 through 1.19.1 allows remote attackers to alter backend requests. ReverseProxy.ServeHTTP forwards the inbound raw query after net/http rejects unparsable parameters, preserving values omitted from the parsed Form. Exploitation requires a proxy Director that parses the outbound query; the discrepancy can bypass backend query validation and alter request handling.
