SIM card disclosure via low-battery dumpstate logging

Sensitive information exposure in Samsung Mobile Devices Q(10), R(11), and S(12) allows local users to read SIM card data from a log. The low-battery dumpstate path records SIM card information in its diagnostic log instead of excluding the sensitive fields. Low-privilege local access and user interaction are required, and the consequence is limited to confidentiality of the logged SIM card information.
