Device locking via unchecked caller signature

Improper authentication in Samsung Link to Windows Service before 2.3.04.1 allows local users to lock the Galaxy device. The service accepts calls without properly checking the caller signature, allowing an untrusted local app to invoke device-locking behavior. Exploitation requires local code execution on the Android device; the documented consequence is a device lock, not data access or code execution.
