Memory overwrite via truncated percent encoding

Memory corruption in ArduPilot APWeb commits 50b6b7ac through 46177cb9 allows remote attackers to overwrite memory via crafted HTTP requests. The cgi.c unescape function accepts a percent sign without ensuring that two following bytes exist, then copies from p+3 and accesses memory beyond the string boundary. No authentication or user interaction is required; malformed URL-encoded input can overwrite process memory, with no published confidentiality or availability impact.
