Authenticated arbitrary file read via chunkFile path

Arbitrary file read in WWBN AVideo 11.6 and dev commit 3f7c0364 allows remote authenticated users to retrieve host files via HTTP. objects/aVideoEncoder.json.php assigns the attacker-controlled chunkFile value as an upload temporary path, then falls back from move_uploaded_file to rename or copy without restricting the path. The account must have video-upload permission, and reading configuration.php exposes database credentials while moving the source file from its original location.
