Out-of-bounds write in Cscape Csfont before 9.90 SP5 (v9.90.196) allows attackers to execute code through a malicious file. The Csfont component writes through an uninitialized pointer while processing attacker-controlled font data, producing an out-of-bounds memory write. Exploitation requires a user to open the file; successful memory corruption executes attacker-controlled code in the current process.
