Remote code execution in Sante DICOM Viewer Pro 11.9.2 allows remote attackers to execute code via a malicious page or file. The J2K parser fails to validate user-supplied data before writing past an allocated structure. Exploitation requires the target to open the file or visit the page, and code runs in the viewer process context.
