Memory corruption via truncated percent escape

Out-of-bounds memory access in FreshTomato 2022.1 allows remote attackers to corrupt memory via a crafted HTTP request. The MIPS httpd unescape function assumes each percent sign has two following characters, causing an out-of-bounds read and write when either is missing. No authentication or user interaction is required, but public evidence establishes memory corruption rather than code execution or a specific service failure.
