Local service interruption via unbounded D-Bus output

Resource exhaustion in Canonical Apport before 2.21.0 allows local users to interrupt service by triggering D-Bus output capture. The is_closing_session() routine launches gdbus against an address read from the crashing process and buffers its stdout and stderr without an output limit. A low-privileged user must cause Apport to process a crash with an attacker-controlled session bus; a responsive endpoint can then exhaust Apport's memory and disrupt availability.
