Arbitrary network connections via unfiltered D-Bus address

SSRF in is_closing_session() in Canonical Apport before 2.21.0 allows local users to make arbitrary network connections via D-Bus. The function trusts a crashed process's DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS and passes an unfiltered TCP address to gdbus while handling the crash. A low-privilege local user must control the crashed process's environment; Apport then initiates the chosen connection without exposing response data.
