Local disk exhaustion via unbounded D-Bus output

Resource exhaustion in Canonical Apport before 2.21.0 allows local users to fill apport.log through a crashing process environment. is_closing_session() passes an untrusted DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS to gdbus, captures unlimited output, and copies errors into the log. A low-privileged user must trigger Apport on a crashing process and control its environment; repeated output can exhaust disk space and interrupt services.
