Process-memory disclosure via truncated ap_rputs length

Out-of-bounds read in Apache HTTP Server 2.4.53 and earlier allows remote attackers to disclose process memory through oversized reflected input. The ap_rputs() helper narrows strlen() to int before calling ap_rwrite(), allowing a string longer than INT_MAX to become a negative write length and trigger the over-read. Exposure requires a Lua handler or separately built module that reflects an attacker-controlled string of at least INT_MAX bytes; the consequence is disclosure of unintended process memory.
