Unauthenticated reboot via unchecked MBAP length

Improper input validation in Hitachi Energy RTU500 Series CMU Firmware allows remote attackers to reboot CMUs via Modbus TCP. The HCI Modbus TCP function fails to validate MBAP-header length information before processing a crafted message, causing the receiving CMU to reboot. The function must be enabled and configured; exploitation is unauthenticated and interrupts availability without reported data disclosure or modification.
