Unauthenticated command injection via setWiFiAdvancedCfg
Published May 5, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Command injection in TOTOLink A7100RU firmware 7.4cu.2313_b20191024 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via setWiFiAdvancedCfg. The interface passes crafted parameter data into command execution without neutralizing shell metacharacters, enabling attacker-controlled operations on the router. Exploitation is unauthenticated and network reachable; successful attacks can compromise confidentiality and integrity and interrupt availability through arbitrary command execution.
