OS command injection in TOTOlink A7100RU firmware 7.4cu.2313_b20191024 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands. The setL2tpServerCfg interface incorporates a crafted request payload into an operating-system command without neutralizing command syntax. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation grants control over firmware command execution.
