Command injection in D-Link DIR-882 A1 firmware 1.30B06 allows remote authenticated users to execute operating system commands via Telnet. The /usr/bin/cli constrained shell fails to reject the ampersand shell operator in a ping command, causing appended commands such as ps to run. Reachability requires Telnet access and the router administrator password; successful exploitation executes commands with the CLI process's privileges.
