Remote code execution via unfiltered file inclusion
Published Apr 26, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
File inclusion in ZCMS 20170206 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code through the sp_set_config action. The action in Application/Home/Controller/HomeController.class.php directly includes an attacker-supplied file without filtering its path or content, enabling creation of a PHP web shell in the web root. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation executes code with the web server process's privileges.
