Crash via undersized CIN image offset

Heap buffer over-read in ImageMagick 7.1.0-27 allows attackers to crash image-processing applications with a crafted CIN image. ReadCINImage accepts an image_offset smaller than the 712-byte CIN header, causing PushLongPixel to read one byte beyond the heap buffer during RGB quantum import. Processing the crafted file is required, and the public proof of concept demonstrates an out-of-bounds read followed by process termination.
