Authenticated code execution via unrestricted PHP upload

Unrestricted file upload in UCMS 1.6 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code by uploading a crafted PHP file. The file management module accepts the PHP file into the web-accessible uploadfile directory, where the server executes it when requested. Access to the background administration interface is required; successful exploitation runs attacker-supplied PHP code with the web server's privileges.
