Service interruption via transmit-path double free

Double free in the Linux kernel through 5.17.1 allows local users to exhaust memory through an EMS CAN/USB transmit error. In ems_usb_start_xmit, a failed usb_submit_urb call enters an error path that frees the original socket buffer again after can_put_echo_skb and can_free_echo_skb have already released the original and cloned buffers. The path requires local use of an EMS CPC-USB/ARM7 CAN interface and a USB submission failure, and the bounded consequence is service interruption from memory exhaustion.
