Stored XSS via unsanitized deletion rendering

Stored cross-site scripting in Nginx Proxy Manager before 2.9.17 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in an administrator's browser. The proxy-host creation flow accepts a script payload in the domain field, stores it, and renders the value without safe output handling when the item is deleted. Administrative access is required to plant the payload, and deletion triggers script execution in the deleting administrator's browser.
